We have space heaters in the closets, extra blankets, and electric baseboard and wall mounted heaters throughout the unit, but please note that on cold winter days the unit will get cold. Please be prepared!
Please note: if you are bringing an infantchildren: there is not an elevator in this building meaning you will have to walk up or down stairs within the building. Also the OSV condos have baseboard heating: it is up to the guardian to make sure their child does not touch the baseboards as they can get burned.
Altitude sickness is real. In Leadville Twin Lakes, the elevation can be up to 10,000 feet. Symptoms can include dizziness and nausea, so please be mindful of this. We cannot offer refunds for guests experiencing altitude sickness.
